Client Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with prospective clients and address incoming inquiries.

• Comprehend the distinct objectives, challenges, and decision-making processes of each client.

• Propose customized financial solutions informed by client feedback and available data.

• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process, product selection, and service implementation.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to foster retention and enhance satisfaction.

• Relay insights and client feedback to internal teams to contribute to the improvement of offerings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly in a remote setting.

• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently.

• Experience in client service, account management, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
