This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Independently execute essential client service and operational functions related to onboarding, renewals, open enrollment, and ongoing client assistance.
• Act as a technical expert for HRIS and enrollment systems, benefits communications, surveys, and standard reporting.
• Assess benefit contracts and materials for accuracy and completeness prior to client delivery.
• Address complex client inquiries and manage designated lifecycle tasks with minimal supervision.
• Assist with entry-level financial analysis, claims and utilization reporting, and renewal preparation.
• Provide informal guidance to peers and aid in workflow execution by making independent decisions within established guidelines.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in technical applications: OE guide applications.
• Basic understanding of the client lifecycle.
• Must obtain and pass the Life & Health License within the timeframe required by state regulations.
