• Make outbound calls and address incoming inquiries from clients.

• Perform needs assessments to gain insight into personal or business goals.

• Suggest suitable services and assist clients throughout the onboarding experience.

• Oversee follow-up communications and activities aimed at building relationships.

• Keep precise records in the CRM and maintain activity logs.

• Assist individuals and small enterprises in discovering tailored financial solutions.

• A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to establish rapport quickly and steer conversations toward defined next steps.

• Self-driven and organized.

• Comfortable with remote work.

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or client services is advantageous.
