This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the firm's lead pipeline from the first inquiry to client retention.

• Oversee incoming leads, CRM entries, lead assignments, response times, follow-up activities, overdue tasks, stale leads, pipeline stages, lead quality, and conversion rates by source.

• Evaluate Sales Team performance, conversion outcomes, calls, follow-ups, results, closing ratios, monthly sales objectives, and KPIs.

• Analyze reasons for prospective clients not converting and assist in enhancing sales scripts, follow-up strategies, processes, and overall sales performance.

• Supervise the consultation pipeline, which includes scheduling, attendance tracking, cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, outcomes, follow-ups, and conversion from consultation to client.

• Track Reception and Sales KPIs and determine reasons for performance fluctuations.

• Monitor lead, qualified lead, consultation, retained client, and revenue performance by marketing source.

• Assess conversion rates of marketing channels and aid in ROI analysis and performance reporting.

• Administer and audit Lawmatics CRM data, including assignments, sources, notes, communications, tasks, pipeline stages, consultation outcomes, and records of retained clients.

• Oversee the administration of lead assignment and follow-ups, focusing on delayed responses, neglected tasks, and uneven distribution.

• Manage Reception front-end performance, including missed calls, voicemails, web leads, social media leads, qualifications, call notes, handoffs, and scheduling of consultations.

• Monitor retainer and payment follow-ups, addressing unsigned retainers, outstanding initial payments, missing payment links, and prospective clients needing further follow-up.

• Ensure a seamless transition for retained clients from Sales to Case Management, covering system entry, notifications, transferred notes, service documentation, onboarding, and communication gaps.

• Prepare concise performance reports for the firm's ownership.

• Collaborate with Reception, Sales, management, and Case Management Teams to enhance client acquisition and revenue growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven sales experience — REQUIRED.

• Background in sales, client acquisition, business development, closing, or another results-oriented sales environment.

• Familiarity with managing leads and sales pipelines.

• Experience with CRM systems; prior use of Lawmatics is highly preferred, though experience with another established CRM is acceptable.

• Proven ability to track sales KPIs and conversion rates.

• Competence in understanding and analyzing sales data.

• Strong follow-up capabilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to identify problems proactively rather than just reporting them.

• Capacity to hold others accountable for follow-ups and assigned metrics.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.

• Comfortable with learning additional technologies, automations, and reporting systems.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced remote work setting.

• Willing to be evaluated against KPIs, conversion targets, and revenue objectives.

• Must be available for full-time work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
