Claims Specialist – Trucking

📋 Description

• Assess and analyze trucking claims to establish their validity, coverage, and potential payouts.

• Conduct investigations by gathering information from drivers, trucking companies, and insurance adjusters.

• Evaluate maintenance records, repair invoices, and associated documentation to determine the costs of truck and trailer maintenance.

• Keep precise records of claims, communications, and decisions made.

• Compile comprehensive reports that summarize findings and justify claims decisions.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the claims process.

• Respond to client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide updates on claim statuses.

• Remain updated on industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in claims processing.

• Ensure that claims adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of claims processing.

• Share knowledge and best practices to improve team performance.
