Claims Specialist – International

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and track personal injury insurance claims from the initial submission to final resolution.

• Engage in communication with insurance adjusters, attorneys, clients, medical providers, and other relevant parties.

• Assess claim details, supporting documents, medical records, bills, and correspondence from insurance companies.

• Follow up with insurance providers concerning claim status, liability, coverage, and settlement discussions.

• Ensure claims documentation and notes are accurate and up-to-date.

• Identify any missing information or documents necessary to advance claims.

• Monitor claim deadlines, necessary follow-ups, and significant case updates.

• Assist in evaluating claims and compiling information for settlement negotiations.

• Raise any issues or delays to the designated attorney or supervisor.

• Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive client and case information with professionalism.

• Handle multiple personal injury claims while achieving productivity and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in personal injury is essential.

• Previous experience in handling insurance claims is required.

• Experience in collaborating with personal injury law firms is highly preferred.

• Required experience in communicating with insurance adjusters.

• Strong knowledge of the personal injury claims process is necessary.

• Experience in reviewing medical records, bills, claim documentation, and insurance communication is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple cases and maintain consistent follow-ups.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.

• Must reside outside of the United States.

• Reliable internet access and personal computer/equipment are mandatory.

• Ability to work U.S. business hours as dictated by the role.
