Claims Specialist – Bilingual, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure daily inbound and outbound communication is effectively managed via phone, email, and various other channels.

• Handle inquiries from customers and retailers, providing follow-up support throughout the claims process.

• Assess coverage, distribute inspection packets, authorize technicians, order necessary parts, suggest exchanges, manage settlements, and address complaints.

• Monitor and review open claims while proactively following up to expedite claim resolution.

• Deliver prompt responses to retailers, customers, and manufacturers.

• Examine inspection packets to determine warranty replacements or denials.

• Provide and facilitate service solutions for consumers with claims that are out-of-warranty or not covered by a protection plan.

• Offer guidance on claims through the retailer portal.

• Manage technician calls, document updates, and carry out necessary follow-ups.

• Assist or execute Intake Specialist duties as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the Intake process for at least 6 months.

• Successful completion and comprehension of Existing training.

• Capability to perform functions essential for processing current claims.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

• Proficient in computer usage and keyboarding skills.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Basic mathematical skills.

• Skilled in call handling and applying “soft skill” techniques.

• Strong teamwork orientation.

• Bilingual Spanish capabilities are implied by the role title.
