This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.
• Prioritize and manage intricate assignments to guarantee claims are positioned for success.
• Take ownership of files from Triage to Valuation services, appropriately adjusting efforts and collaborating as necessary.
• Oversee all tasks and actions essential for progressing claims to Contents Valuation.
• Provide appropriate and professional responses to both internal and external customers.
• Work collaboratively with all business units and queues within Enservio, focusing on Valuation and Inventory Services.
• Comprehend the requirements for specific claim handling and propose solutions to appropriately size the assignment.
• Comply with all relevant service levels.
• Collaborate closely with Adjuster Owners regarding accounts.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
• Offer customer service through Live Chat and Hotline.
• Primarily concentrate on Commercial claims while also providing support for Personal lines claims.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an emphasis on ongoing improvements in quality and process.
• Strong multitasking capabilities with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams throughout the day.
• Self-driven and proficient at maintaining high productivity levels in a remote working environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, listening, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven time management skills with the capacity to meet stringent deadlines.
• Experience in efficiently resolving claims within defined service-level agreements.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and independently manage workload with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable making informed decisions with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; capable of quickly learning new applications and tools.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
• Prior knowledge or experience in property and casualty claims is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work various shifts, including late hours, based on business needs.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
