Claims Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Accurately submit orthodontic claims within designated timeframes.

• Address and resolve claims that have been rejected or denied.

• Investigate missing payments and carry out necessary adjustments.

• Perform audits on accounts and handle escalation cases.

• Monitor and recover any missing payments.

• Utilize sFax, Adobe, PureCloud, and JIRA to enhance workflow efficiency and collaboration.

• Take initiative in professional development and skill enhancement.

• Foster cross-functional relationships among different departments at OrthoFi.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with dental insurance plans, including DPPO, PPOs, and DHMOs.

• More than 2 years of practical experience in processing dental and orthodontic claims.

• Comprehensive understanding of dental revenue cycles.

• Proven experience in communicating effectively with various insurance carriers.

• Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and active listening communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Documents.

• Ability to swiftly learn business-related software systems.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

• Must be able to reside and work full-time in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas.
