Claims Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance with program claim review and entry to dealers and field personnel.

• Serve as a point of contact between program headquarters and dealers to address discrepancies or conflicting coverage concerning vehicle repairs.

• Act as a subject matter expert for internal staff, dealers, and OEM personnel regarding issues and inquiries related to claim entry.

• Assess dealer-submitted claims for accuracy based on the type of claim.

• Create and maintain fundamental program reports.

• Reach out to fleet customers via email regarding claims that exceed a specified dollar amount.

• Charge dealers for unauthorized or incorrect claims.

• Address inquiries from customers or dealers concerning rejected claims via email or phone.

• Troubleshoot issues related to rejected claims.

• Evaluate claims for the applicability of Basic Manufacturer’s Warranty, Extended Plan Coverage, or other OEM program coverages.

• Assist in documenting claim entry procedures, processes, and reference materials.

• The candidate must be located in MI.

• Previous OEM claim entry experience is required.

• Experience in reviewing warranty coverage is necessary.

• A background of 3-5 years in claims is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Exceptional follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to manage shifting priorities and provide regular status updates as needed.
