Claims Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main claims representative for designated commercial clients

• Assist in investigations, documentation, and inquiries related to claims

• Oversee and manage open claims, ensuring prompt communication among all involved parties

• Analyze claim reserves, settlement strategies, and trends in claims

• Provide support for workers' compensation claims, return-to-work initiatives, and claim resolution strategies

• Generate claim reports and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders

• Collaborate with Producers, Account Executives, Risk Advisors, carriers, and third-party administrators

• Identify opportunities to lower claim costs and enhance risk management results

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License is required

• Preferably 5+ years of experience in commercial claims, insurance, risk management, or a similar field

• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and claims processes

• Experience with property and casualty and commercial lines claims is preferred

• Exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities

• Proficient in claims systems, agency management platforms, and Microsoft Office
