Claim Advisor – Auto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate insurance policies and coverage options.

• Investigate intricate automobile claims, including those involving impaired drivers, unlisted operators, or vehicles that are non-drivable.

• Assess coverage and liability issues.

• Resolve claims in line with organizational policies and procedures.

• Work collaboratively with clients, service providers such as towing and repair facilities, other insurance entities, and law enforcement agencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service.

• Prior experience as an auto adjuster is preferred.

• Ability to comprehend and interpret insurance policies.

• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Competent keyboard skills and proficiency in computer usage.

• Currently enrolled in or willing to pursue CIP designation.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
