Civil Litigation Attorney – Travel, Automotive, and Consumer Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Generate reports

• Evaluate legal proceedings for risk assessment and provisioning

• Maintain legal case management systems

• Occasionally draft legal documents of medium to high complexity

• Occasionally oversee deadlines and hearings

• May manage mediation cases as required

• In-depth understanding of civil procedure and consumer law

• Experience with updating internal case management systems

• Proficiency in Spanish will be regarded as an advantage

• Strong analytical abilities for assessing legal proceedings and formulating technical opinions
