Civil Litigation and Consumer Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage civil litigation cases related to aviation law.

• Formulate procedural approaches and prepare legal documents for both in-house use and client representation.

• Evaluate supporting information and documentation to establish the defense strategy.

• Maintain updates in legal case management systems.

• Oversee legal proceedings and adhere to deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, along with an active license from the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Extensive experience in civil litigation.

• Familiarity with consumer law.

• Proven experience in drafting procedural documents such as responses to complaints, appeals, motions, and filings for judgment enforcement.

• Experience in managing a high-volume caseload.

• Preferred: Background in aviation law.

• Exceptional legal writing abilities.

• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in deadline management.

• Ability to make swift decisions.

• Proactive attitude with a clear sense of priorities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team and accept constructive criticism.

• Dedication to maintaining technical quality and achieving targets.
