This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and narrate actual civil engineering and architectural assignments on a Mac.

• Generate high-quality training data for sophisticated AI models.

• Navigate through genuine design and drafting processes.

• Articulate design choices during the workflow.

• Contribute to a research initiative with a prominent AI laboratory.

• Engage in the work as an independent contractor.

• Allocate approximately 10–20 hours weekly for the role.

• Project durations may vary, being extended, shortened, or concluded early based on requirements and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a MacBook or Mac featuring an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, operating on macOS 15 or later.

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is required.

• Proficient in Mac-compatible software such as AutoCAD for Mac, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, or Rhino.

• Background in structural, site, or building design is advantageous.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s program, or possess 2–3 years of relevant professional experience alongside a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

• Capability to clearly articulate design choices during the work process.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Candidates must not hold H1-B or STEM OPT status.

• A resume submission and completion of a 3-minute AI interview are mandatory.

• Participation in a brief paid assessment is required.
