Civil Attorney – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, interpret, and create contracts

• Perform comprehensive analyses of public announcements and bidding documents

• Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and the company's interests

• Offer advisory and contentious legal services within the firm’s corporate practice

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience of a minimum of 3 (three) years in contracts and public notices/bid documents

• Capability to identify and mitigate contractual risks

• Current knowledge of legislation related to contracts and public procurement processes

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
