City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as ALB’s local representative within the city and its surrounding regions.

• Expand the business within the territory by acquiring new properties for management.

• Manage the property portfolio, including housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest relations.

• Maximize revenue through effective yield management and distribution on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Oversee the local service provider network.

• Delegate portfolio management during absences utilizing the ALB Holiday System.

• Potentially recruit sponsored City Managers and earn commissions based on their business performance.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous.
