City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead business development efforts in the designated area by onboarding new properties for management.

• Oversee the daily operations of the property portfolio.

• Organize cleaning, maintenance, and check-in/check-out services.

• Foster and manage relationships with guests.

• Enhance revenue through effective yield management strategies.

• Ensure distribution across multiple channels, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Build and manage a network of local service providers.

• Assign portfolio management duties to the ALB network during your absences.

• Optionally, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission based on their performance.

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous.

• Self-motivation and independence that align with self-employment.
