City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local representative of the network in your city and its surrounding regions.

• Expand the business within your territory by onboarding new properties for management.

• Manage the property portfolio, which includes housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Maximize revenue through yield management and multi-platform listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Organize a local network of service providers.

• Assign portfolio management responsibilities to the ALB network during your absence.

• Recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their performance.
