City Manager, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Expand the local business by onboarding new properties for management.

• Manage the property portfolio, which includes cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Maximize revenue through yield management and diverse distribution channels on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Establish and oversee a local network of service providers.

• Assign portfolio management responsibilities during absences using the ALB Vacation System.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive property portfolio.

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions based on their activities.

• Capability to persuade property owners and establish trust with them.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous.
