City Manager – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local network representative in your city and its surrounding areas.

• Cultivate local business opportunities and incorporate new properties into your management portfolio.

• Manage the property portfolio, ensuring cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations are all handled effectively.

• Maximize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Coordinate the network of local service providers.

• Utilize the ALB Vacation System to delegate portfolio management during your absences.

• Develop a robust portfolio of managed properties.

• Optionally, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions based on their performance.
