This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as the local network representative in Besançon and its vicinity.

• Enhance local business by bringing new properties into management.

• Manage the property portfolio, which includes housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations.

• Maximize revenue through yield management and distribution across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create and oversee a local network of service providers.

• Utilize the ALB Vacation System to assign portfolio management responsibilities during absences.
