Circularity Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist our Circularity Managers with daily operations concerning recycling initiatives.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners throughout the EMEA region—from processing orders (inquiries, disposal orders, invoicing) to managing complaints.

• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and documentation standards.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clinics and sites, which includes platform configuration, CO₂ calculations, and dispatch of onboarding packages.

• Track material inventory in warehouses, reorder supplies as necessary, and facilitate deliveries.

• Maintain and update master data and product catalogs within the Circularity platform (COS).

• Coordinate with transportation and recycling partners to address operational challenges related to collections.

• Manage newsletter processes for partners and ensure high-quality data accuracy.

• Spot weaknesses, propose improvement strategies, and enhance the end-to-end operational process chain.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally possess 1–2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or logistics company, or in controlling or management accounting as an alternative.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a confident demeanor when interacting with suppliers, service providers, and customers.

• A methodical approach to tasks and a strong attention to detail.

• Solid analytical skills with an interest in working with KPIs and performance metrics.

• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Comfortable using CRM and platform systems as well as other IT tools, with the capability to quickly learn new tools.

• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing and completing multiple tasks independently and concurrently.

• Ability to maintain composure in the face of unexpected operational issues, such as missed collections or delivery delays.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• Open to utilizing AI tools in your daily work or have some initial experience with them.

• Some experience in automating or establishing operational processes is preferred.

• Additional language skills are advantageous.
