Child Support Enforcement Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the existing child support framework and federal OCSS certification criteria.

• Suggest modernization approaches, which may include transfer, COTS, modular, or cloud solutions.

• Provide guidance on federal funding (APD), data migration, and system interfaces.

• Assist in responding to RFI submissions and developing roadmap documents.

• Contribute qualifications and narratives of past performance to AlphaGov proposals when permitted to be mentioned.

• Verify scope, timeline, and fees prior to the commencement of any engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with state child support enforcement (IV-D) systems or programs.

• Familiarity with federal OCSS certification and APD procedures.

• Comfortable serving as a 1099 project-based consultant.

• Experience in mainframe modernization (preferred).

• Background in human services IT program management (preferred).

• Previous experience as IV-D agency personnel (preferred).
