This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Deliver outpatient telehealth services primarily to child and adolescent patients aged 5–21, with the flexibility to treat individuals up to age 30.
• Conduct initial evaluations lasting 60 minutes.
• Perform 30-minute follow-up appointments.
• Address behavioral disorders, anxiety, depression, serious mental illnesses, and various other behavioral health issues.
• Facilitate video consultations via Zoom using EPIC.
• Collaborate with neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, family resource specialists, and education coordinators.
• Engage in monthly collaboration with the larger care team.
• Provide care Monday through Friday for 32–40 hours weekly, typically from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CT.
• Operate from home with support from clinical and operational teams.
• Concentrate on patient care while Iris Telehealth manages licensing, credentialing, IT, onboarding, and administrative responsibilities.
• An active Missouri MD or DO license is mandatory.
• Completion of a four-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency is required.
• Must be available for 40 hours per week during CST business hours.
• Experience and comfort in treating patients across various acuity levels are essential.
• Experience in treating adolescents and adults, primarily those aged 5–21, is required.
• Telehealth experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC is an advantage.
• Must reside within the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
• No NP supervision is necessary.
