Child & Family Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy services to children, teenagers, families, and young adults.

• Perform clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning utilizing the Care Dashboard.

• Manage a caseload that aligns with the therapist’s lifestyle preferences.

• Concentrate on low-acuity cases related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.

• Leverage interactive digital games and AI-assisted documentation tools to enhance care delivery.

• Optionally transition current private clients to the platform for a superior compensation rate.

• Deliver virtual therapy to clients aged 4 and above.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid, independent clinical license for the state of Arizona: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience focusing on children, adolescents, and family dynamics.

• Strong background in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices administered via telehealth.

• Proficient in using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.

• Experience in delivering 1:1 clinical therapy online.

• Availability of at least 5 hours per week is required.

• Fluency in Spanish is a considerable advantage.

• Provisional or associate license holders may apply following the designated process.
