Child & Family Therapist, Arizona Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy services to children, teens, families, and young adults.

• Perform clinical intakes, conduct therapy sessions, and develop treatment plans using the Care Dashboard.

• Handle a caseload that suits your lifestyle, with a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week.

• Focus on low-acuity cases, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.

• Option to transition existing private clients to Emora's platform.

• Select the age groups and conditions you wish to treat.

• Deliver care through engaging digital games and AI-assisted documentation tools.

• Participate in case consultations and provide crisis support as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, associate clinical license for the state of Arizona (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, or Clinical Psychologist).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and family dynamics.

• Strong background in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth.

• Proficiency in utilizing virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.

• Availability of at least 5 hours per week.

• Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.

• Must maintain malpractice insurance.

• Required to have a qualified supervisor for continued work if joining Emora.

• Experience in providing 1:1 clinical therapy online.

• Experience with clients under 18 within the last 12 months.
