Child and Adolescent Therapist – Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver 100% telehealth therapy services to children, adolescents, young adults, and/or families ranging from ages 4 to 30.

• Conduct intake assessments, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director on complex cases or crisis situations.

• Complete documentation utilizing integrated AI tools.

• Tailor clinical preferences to align with suitable clients.

• Manage caseload, client volume, and the frequency of sessions.

• Provide virtual behavioral therapy for low-acuity issues such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active associate license in Illinois (LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, or LCSW-A) is required.

• A minimum of 500 supervised hours is necessary.

• A solid foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based treatments delivered through telehealth.

• Experience in working with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and similar conditions.

• Background in providing therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and/or families.

• Experience diagnosing children, adolescents, and/or young adults under supervision.

• Experience in delivering one-on-one clinical therapy online.

• Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.

• Malpractice insurance may be necessary; the employer can assist with obtaining it.
