📋 Description

• Analyze case-based scenarios related to child and adolescent abuse and trauma.

• Assess AI-generated mental health recommendations for clinical precision, safety, and relevance.

• Detect gaps, harmful assumptions, or clinically inadequate suggestions.

• Implement principles of trauma-informed care in content evaluation and tasks.

• Assist in developing best-practice guidelines for aiding young survivors of abuse.

• Review materials for ethical standards and safeguarding considerations.

• Deliver structured feedback to enhance AI training datasets and model outputs.

• Engage in iterative quality assessments with multidisciplinary teams.

• Clearly and consistently document recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an MD, PhD in Psychology, or PhD in Social Work.

• Significant clinical experience with children or adolescents who have experienced abuse.

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-informed care and its interventions.

• Active or recent involvement in clinical settings with vulnerable youth.

• Strong clinical judgment in handling complex trauma and abuse-related cases.

• Capability to assess mental health guidance for safety, ethics, and appropriateness.

• Excellent written communication skills.
