Child & Adolescent Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver contracted virtual therapy services to children and young adults aged 5–17+

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, clinical evaluations, diagnoses, case conceptualizations, and treatment planning

• Create individualized care plans tailored to developmental, behavioral, and emotional requirements

• Implement measurement-based care to assess clinical metrics, inform care strategies, and track progress

• Provide CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, TF-CBT, PCIT, and other suitable interventions during virtual sessions

• Recognize safety issues, develop safety plans, and deliver crisis intervention or escalation as needed

• Collaborate with parents, guardians, educational professionals, and other relevant parties to coordinate care

• Ensure timely and accurate HIPAA-compliant documentation in TimelyCare’s electronic health record system

• Uphold treatment objectives and documentation in alignment with professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinical standards

• Typically conduct 55-minute therapy sessions, reserving remaining time for documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, unrestricted independent clinical licensure as an LPC, LCPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed clinical psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.; LP/LCP as applicable)

• Authorization to independently deliver clinical services within the relevant state

• Proficient clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, and active listening abilities

• Experience in working with children, adolescents, and families

• Capability to evaluate and address safety concerns, including crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning

• Associate or provisionally licensed therapists, school psychologists, and school counselors without a clinical therapist license are ineligible

• Valid U.S. work authorization is required

• Sponsorship is not available
