Chief UX Designer – HR SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of the company-wide UX vision

• Responsibility for cross-product operating concepts and UX guidelines

• Creation and oversight of appropriate methods for design and implementation

• Identification of user contexts and the development of high-level concepts

• Stakeholder management and support in road-map planning

• Management of cross-product projects aimed at standardizing the UX

• Promotion of user-centered design thinking within the Scrum teams

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Design, Media Informatics, or a related field

• Professional experience in UX design, requirements engineering, conceptualization, visual design, and prototyping

• Experience in organizing and transforming agile corporate structures and processes

• Knowledge of the User Centered Design Process and its methods (e.g., context analysis, personas, usability testing) as well as experience with common design tools (e.g., Figma)

• Experience with AI both in products (AI-supported operating concepts) and as a tool in the design workflow

• Knowledge of accessibility (BITV/WCAG)

• Experience with legacy migrations

• Strong communication skills towards clients/stakeholders, designers, and developers
