This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
β’ Take ownership of unit economics, including LTV, CAC, cohort payback, and margin by plan and segment.
β’ Manage pricing strategies across various product lines, encompassing new and renewal prices, subscriptions, credits, freemium options, trials, discounts, localization, and AI features.
β’ Direct the offering strategy, which includes segmentation, packaging, plan differentiation, bundling, positioning, and the conversion process from website to control panel.
β’ Transition marketing expenditures from first-purchase returns to targets and methodologies based on lifetime value.
β’ Lead the transformation of the analytics organization, shifting focus from merely responding to requests to proactively generating integrated business insights.
β’ Oversee the customer experience post-purchase, covering onboarding, activation, renewal processes, dunning, cross-selling, upgrades, transactional and promotional messaging, and managing both voluntary and involuntary churn.
β’ Hold accountability for client-level net revenue retention.
β’ Design the organizational structure, determine its scale, and recruit team members.
β’ Hire and onboard a Head of Data and Offering Directly Responsible Individual (DRI).
β’ Revamp the analytics operating model with analysts integrated across product lines.
β’ Develop segment-level lifetime value and acquisition cost methodologies to inform marketing expenditures.
β’ Launch a pricing engine for new and renewal customers and assess its revenue impact.
β’ Experiment with and establish an AI-based pricing strategy in the market.
β’ Generate a reliable weekly revenue report for company and board presentations.
β’ Differentiate and enhance voluntary and involuntary churn metrics.
β’ Experience in leading a central analytics organization at scale and transforming it from reactive and request-driven to proactive and integrated.
β’ Proven track record of managing managers effectively.
β’ Held responsibility for monetization with P&L accountability in a subscription-based business, achieving measurable revenue outcomes.
β’ Experience operating at a scale involving millions of customers.
β’ Daily familiarity with cohorts, renewal curves, and involuntary churn metrics.
β’ Background in managing lifecycle and retention operations, including renewals, dunning, failed payments, and win-back strategies.
β’ Experience in consumer subscriptions, SaaS, telecommunications, or streaming industries.
β’ Insight gained from a pricing decision that did not yield the desired results.
β’ Capability to build organizations rather than creating dependencies.
β’ Skill in earning trust without the need for formal authority.
β’ Competence to present arguments based on foundational principles to the CEO and board.
β’ Ability to prioritize decisively among strong opinions.
β’ Determination to complete tasks once started.
β’ Close familiarity with products, including identifying specific areas for improvement.
β’ Preference for candidates from Lithuania, although not mandatory.
β’ Must engage with the Hostinger product, create something, experience the renewal flow, and formulate an opinion on pricing.
β’ Support for relocation to Lithuania, including assistance with visas, temporary housing, schools, and partner employment opportunities.
β’ Opportunity to visit Lithuania prior to making relocation decisions.
β’ A greenfield C-level mandate that grants the authority to design, size, and recruit for the organization.
β’ Ability to conduct pricing tests swiftly.
β’ Ongoing exposure to the board starting from the first quarter.
