This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the product strategy and vision for IDIQ's subscription-based consumer offerings, which include identity theft protection, credit monitoring, credit reporting, and prepaid legal services.
• Articulate and communicate the product vision in alignment with IDIQ's mission to promote financial wellness.
• Create and implement product roadmaps with milestones that balance growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Establish product priorities and set quarterly objectives that align with the company's overall strategy.
• Manage pricing and packaging strategies, including tier design, offer and paywall testing, discounting practices, and price realization.
• Lead a diverse product team comprising group product managers, product owners, and designers.
• Collaborate with the CTO, who is responsible for engineering development.
• Oversee the complete product development process from ideation through launch and manage the post-launch subscription lifecycle.
• Promote data-driven product decisions through user research, analytics, and experimentation.
• Establish product operating rhythms, governance, quarterly business reviews, and executive/Board reporting.
• Maintain an understanding of customer needs through research, feedback, and direct engagement across B2C and B2B channels.
• Emphasize subscriber retention, lifetime value, and minimizing churn.
• Collaborate with sales, partnerships, customer success, technology, marketing, and legal/compliance teams.
• Cultivate relationships with executives, board members, and strategic partners.
• Keep abreast of trends in fintech, identity protection, credit intelligence, and financial wellness.
• Identify opportunities for customer-facing AI and drive product innovation.
• Evaluate the portfolio for rationalization, consolidation, or expansion and make decisions regarding building, partnering, or sunset strategies.
• Support go-to-market strategies and ensure smooth product launches across various channels and brands.
• Lead a team of full-time employees.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive product leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in a product leadership position.
• Proven experience in leading and optimizing high-performing product teams across various product lines or brands.
• Extensive background in fintech, financial services, or closely related regulated industries such as security, identity management, or SaaS.
• Strong expertise in B2C product development.
• Experience in building products within a B2B2C or partner-distributed model.
• Excellence in making data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Capability to innovate within legacy platform constraints and resource-limited environments.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong grasp of regulatory compliance, data security, and privacy requirements relevant to consumer credit and identity data.
• Experience in leading product strategy and innovation in competitive, fast-paced markets.
• Proven track record of portfolio rationalization and product lifecycle optimization.
• Experience navigating multiple product/market cycles or transitioning from growth to scale.
• Background in AI, including delivering customer-facing AI and understanding data foundation requirements.
• Familiarity with subscription-based business models, acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and unit economics.
• Experience in preparing product organizations for operational scalability and efficiency.
• Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and budget effectively.
• High level of independence and the ability to pursue priorities autonomously.
• Must handle sensitive consumer information with confidentiality and adhere to privacy and data protection regulations.
