This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee Airtm’s operational framework, ensuring organizational accountability, operational rhythm, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Guarantee that teams meet their objectives and implement the CEO’s vision and strategy across more than 40 markets.

• Manage company-wide objectives, the OKR process, annual goals, team-specific key results, and overall business cadence.

• Facilitate cross-departmental execution involving Product, Marketplace, Pricing & Revenue, Finance, and Compliance.

• Take responsibility for payout success rates, corridor reliability, banking partnerships, on/off-ramp partner performance, and incident management.

• Ensure the business operates swiftly within regulatory frameworks, including fraud operations and market entry/exit strategies.

• Direct customer and enterprise operations, focusing on support quality and cost, enterprise payout-partner SLAs, and onboarding processes.

• Collaborate closely with the founder-CEO and leaders in finance, compliance, product, and revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years in operations leadership, with at least 5 years in fintech, payments, or cryptocurrency sectors.

• Proven experience in emerging markets, with a strong preference for LATAM.

• In-depth understanding of the compliance aspects of money movement, including MSB/VASP frameworks, AML programs, and relationships with regulators and banking partners.

• Demonstrable experience in scaling operations through significant increases in volume (e.g., 3–10x).

• Proficient in data analysis and unit economics.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to operate effectively across LATAM.

• Bonus: practical experience with stablecoins/USDC rails or addressing two-sided liquidity challenges.
