Chief of Staff – Head of Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and manage Rypples’ Growth Engine

• Create and oversee AI agents for sourcing, due diligence, investor relations, and financial tasks

• Identify, onboard, and empower operating partners and experts across the portfolio

• Manage the Growth Readiness and Ocean Scalers founder programs

• Develop program cadence, participant selection, implementation, and follow-up

• Construct and consistently enhance Rypples OS, the playbook for scaling ocean innovation

• Transform Rypples to be AI-native

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as Chief of Staff to a founder-CEO in a rapidly growing startup, or as a founder yourself

• Proficiency in AI technologies

• Track record of developing agents and workflows that have transformed team operations

• Capability to produce results quickly, with a functional version ready in days rather than weeks

• Established credibility with CEOs and senior leaders

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Genuine passion for the ocean and environmental sustainability
