This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct Holon's commercial strategy encompassing market expansion, payer contracts, sales support, marketing, partnerships, and revenue systems.
• Design and enhance the Growth function while leading the current 14-member Growth team.
• Achieve the launch of 25 new states by July 2027.
• Oversee market expansion, from opportunity evaluation and regulatory compliance to payer contracts and operational rollout.
• Develop and implement the market entry playbook.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts with Medicaid managed care organizations and commercial health plans.
• Create value-based agreements, including shared savings models.
• Establish sales enablement infrastructure, tailored playbooks, onboarding and training programs, content repositories, and coaching systems.
• Synchronize marketing and sales through common definitions, streamlined transitions, and feedback mechanisms.
• Manage and enhance HubSpot, Apollo, Adobe Sign, QuickSight, and future revenue intelligence platforms.
• Improve volume and enrollment efficiency, coding strategies, and value-based care contracts.
• Direct B2B and B2C marketing strategies, including social media patient acquisition and cross-marketing collaborations.
• Forge partnerships with payers, the justice system, community organizations, social services, case management entities, and technology firms.
• Set clear expectations, assess outcomes, mentor team members, and cultivate a culture of accountability.
• Define and track growth KPIs related to enrollment, pipeline, contract value, market penetration, and VBC performance.
• Present findings and strategic advice to the CEO, executive team, and board.
• Over 10 years in senior commercial leadership roles.
• Minimum of 3 years at the C-suite or VP level within a growth-stage or scaling organization.
• Proven track record of building sales enablement infrastructure from scratch, including playbooks, training programs, content libraries, and coaching frameworks.
• Proficient in modern revenue technologies; HubSpot knowledge required.
• Experience with sales engagement and prospecting platforms like Apollo or similar tools.
• Familiarity with document workflow tools and BI/analytics platforms.
• Experience in constructing and optimizing a growth technology stack.
• Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder agreements, including government contracts, managed care deals, or similar B2B enterprise sales.
• Experience in acquiring and enhancing an existing commercial team.
• Player-coach mindset with a focus on hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical skills, including pipeline metrics, conversion rates, unit economics, and revenue forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare services, managed care, or health plan contracting.
• Preferred: knowledge of Medicaid managed care, value-based payment models, or shared savings arrangements.
• Preferred: understanding of the criminal justice system or populations involved in justice issues.
• Preferred: insight into SUD care navigation or community health networks.
• Preferred: familiarity with primary care billing models, including CoCM or RTM codes.
• Preferred: experience with government contracting or grant-funded programs.
