Chief Financial Officer – CFO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial planning, risk management, and accounting procedures in line with strategic objectives.

• Create and execute financial strategies that promote growth, innovation, and fiscal health.

• Advise the executive team on financial decisions through detailed insights and analyses.

• Assist in fundraising efforts and cultivate relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and manage financial documentation in both the UK and US.

• Elevate the company to its next phase of financial maturity.

• Propel continuous enhancement of financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising within technology start-ups and scale-ups.

• Familiarity with venture capital investors.

• Significant experience in companies operating across the Atlantic.

• Established track record as a CFO or in a comparable senior financial position within a fast-paced, high-growth B2B/enterprise SaaS setting.

• Background in high-growth environments, ideally within technology or healthcare sectors.

• Capability to convert complex financial concepts into practical business strategies.

• Competence to formulate strategy and implement it autonomously.

• Commercially astute and highly pragmatic.

• Skilled at collaborating with internal resources and external finance providers.

• Relevant financial qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.

• Strong comprehension of financial regulations, corporate financial law, and risk management practices.

• Proficient in data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Reside in the UK and possess the right to work in the UK.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to manage complex financial operations.
