This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the overall financial strategy and fiscal oversight of the organization.
• Collaborate with the CEO, executive leadership, Board members, and operational leaders on financial strategy, performance, and business decisions.
• Manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis throughout the organization.
• Deliver financial and operational performance reports to leadership and shareholders.
• Assess business performance and offer actionable financial insights for strategic and operational decisions.
• Supervise cash flow, borrowing, capital management, overhead, and financial risk.
• Keep abreast of regulatory, economic, and industry developments impacting the organization.
• Provide financial leadership in evaluating investments, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities.
• Lead, develop, and manage the finance and accounting team.
• Collaborate across the organization to support growth, operational performance, and long-term financial goals.
• Engage in the Corporate Management Team to establish organizational strategy and assess performance against objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
• Executive-level experience in leading finance and accounting functions within a complex organization.
• Advanced understanding of financial management, business fundamentals, forecasting, financial analysis, and organizational performance.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align financial strategy with broader organizational objectives.
• Proven experience advising executive leadership and influencing strategic business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing professional teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and executive communication abilities.
