Chief Executive Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the overall enterprise strategy and oversee daily operations when the roles of CEO and President are unified.

• Establish strategic initiatives, allocate resources, and manage relationships when the roles of CEO and President or COO are distinct.

• Execute enterprise-wide leadership responsibilities and maintain accountability to the Board of Directors in intricate organizations.

• Collaborate with the Board Chair and guide the CXO executive framework.

• Supervise strategy formulation, significant investments, financing, dividends, and the succession planning of the chief executive as necessary.

• Define professional goals and the leadership proposition.

• Determine priorities for development.

• Create a Career Thesis that aligns enterprise challenges, relevant contexts, and documented contributions.

• Engage in selective promotion towards pertinent organizations and future opportunities upon acceptance.

• Navigate through registration, initial evaluation, assessment invitation, assessment, curator review, and the decision on membership.

• Current chief executives, presidents, chief operating officers, other senior executives, capable divisional leaders, vice-presidents, and directors are encouraged to express their interest.

• Proven ability or anticipated potential to fulfill a suitable Chief Executive role.

• Evaluation via the RutherfordINTEL process.

• Experience, accomplishments, and professional aspirations are taken into account during the curator review.

• Registration does not confirm current eligibility for a chief executive position.

• Membership is contingent upon acceptance following initial evaluation, assessment invitation, assessment, and curator review.
