This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the professional interests and potential for career development concerning Chief Executive roles.

• Assess both proven capabilities and anticipated performance potential.

• Clarify professional goals along with the leadership proposition.

• Identify key development priorities.

• Link enterprise challenges that the candidate can address with relevant environments and substantiated contributions through a Career Thesis.

• Selectively promote accepted members to pertinent organizations and future opportunities.

• Analyze RutherfordINTEL assessment results in conjunction with experience, achievements, and objectives.

• Adhere to the procedures for registration, initial review, assessment invitation, assessment, curator review, and final membership decision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current chief executives, presidents, chief operating officers, other senior executives, and capable divisional leaders, including vice-presidents and directors, are encouraged to express their interest.

• Proven ability or anticipated potential to perform in a suitable Chief Executive role.

• Willingness to participate in the initial review, assessment invitation, assessment, curator review, and membership decision process.

• Experience, achievements, and professional objectives will be taken into account during the evaluation.

• Start-up or high-risk enterprise experience is addressed under a separate profile.

• Formal turnaround and restructuring mandates, as well as board roles, are categorized separately.
