Charter Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to assess travel requirements and offer information on charter flight alternatives.

• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Oversee charter flight arrangements, including scheduling, aircraft selection, ground handling, and catering services.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement charter flight logistics.

• Ensure that all necessary documentation, permits, and licenses are prepared for each charter flight.

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, charter brokers, and operators.

• Resolve issues arising before, during, or after charter flights by working with the relevant teams.

• Keep accurate records of client interactions and flight reservations.

• Create reports, invoices, and other documentation as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in aviation, travel, or customer service roles, ideally with 2-3 years of exposure to charter flights.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of aviation regulations and charter flight operations.

• Determination and resilience when working in high-pressure situations.

• Capability to perform well under stress and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.

• Proficiency in relevant software and computer systems utilized in charter operations.

• Willingness to work unconventional hours and manage last-minute changes or emergencies.
