Chargeback Analyst Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assess customer accounts to gather persuasive evidence for banking disputes

• Identify and/or assist in enhancing processes

• Engage in special initiatives, such as developing tools to more effectively combat chargebacks

• Collaborate with data and engineering teams on business-related projects

• Examine chargeback data trends to mitigate risk factors and promote product enhancements

• Contribute to a dynamic, collaborative startup culture and take part in team meetings, Slack discussions, and social events

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a post-secondary student pursuing a business-related major

• Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Workspaces

• Preferred 1-2 work terms of experience

• You have a genuine interest in people, processes, and systems

• You possess a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing startup

• You are a critical thinker and adept at problem-solving

• You can quickly learn, coupled with the willingness to work diligently

• Candidates may be located anywhere in Canada

• Minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone

• Must be available for a 40-hour work week

• Must reside in the country where your school is located for the entire duration of the internship

• Internship must either be part of your academic curriculum or completed independently, as applicable
