Channels Performance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the performance metrics of channel account health.

• Coordinate and communicate with channel management and partners regarding progress and strategies for account health.

• Spearhead process optimization, change management, and cross-divisional initiatives that affect order health, returns, customers, and profit margins.

• Administer current channel task processes and introduce new ones to accommodate future customer needs.

• Assist in item and listing optimization strategies aimed at boosting product reviews, enhancing review ratings, Q&A, and fostering customer trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a work-from-home setup.

• A desktop/laptop of 4th generation or higher, equipped with at least an Intel i3 or an equivalent processor.

• Minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Operating system should be Windows 10 or higher, or Mac OSX.

• Dual monitors must be owned by the candidate.

• A reliable and stable wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps for the primary connection.

• A PC headset is required.

• An HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution is necessary.

• Must possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to juggle multiple competing priorities at once.

• Basic analytical skills and the ability to interpret moderate-sized datasets.

• An action-oriented and tenacious approach to problem-solving.

• Strong communication skills.

• Fundamental knowledge of major Microsoft applications, including proficiency in Excel navigation and logical functions.

• In-depth understanding of customer service processes and the interactions of software systems with channels.
