This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accurate management of all elements related to Archtics/Ticketmaster event programming.

• Provide timely and courteous assistance to property box offices and show partners regarding programming.

• Oversee and track the size of ticket blocks, ticket pricing, and inventory across all ticket outlets.

• Manage the functionality, content, and marketing promotions on all property websites.

• Supervise the operational functionality of systems and interfaces for all ticketing activities and report to management.

• Conduct random evaluations of all channels to maintain rate integrity and ensure competitiveness as necessary.

• Monitor available inventory and alert management of potential revenue opportunities and suggested allocation adjustments.

• Aid in the creation, daily preparation, and communication of managerial reports for tracking, analysis, and oversight of ticketing.

• Execute event programming tasks such as event setup, ticket types, hold classes, ticket templates, confirmation templates, service fees, promotional and wholesaler inventory, allocations, and internet links.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Archtics or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.

• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• An Associate's Degree is preferred.

• Over 6 months of relevant experience with any ticketing system is preferred.

• Experience in the Entertainment sector and/or within a Ticket Office is preferred.
