This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and enhance ButterflyMX’s relationships with integrator and reseller partners across Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers in the West Coast.
• Oversee partner onboarding, deal registration, co-selling support, and quarterly business reviews.
• Execute whale hunting, tier progression activation, and commercial vertical development strategies.
• Identify, pursue, and secure target integrators utilizing project intelligence, installation history, and competitive displacement opportunities.
• Prioritize margin and recurring revenue economics.
• Develop joint business plans with Gold and Silver partners.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews that address unit economics, software margin trajectory, and pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal AEs on co-selling efforts and uphold deal registration protocols.
• Maintain attribution discipline, partner records, pipeline, and forecasts within Salesforce.
• Travel to partner offices, job sites, regional trade shows, and industry events.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and quarterly territory scorecards to the Director of Channel Sales.
• A minimum of 3 years in a quota-carrying channel sales, partner management, or business development position.
• Preferred experience in security, access control, video surveillance, low-voltage, or IT VAR sectors.
• Proven history of establishing and expanding partner relationships from Bronze to strategic tier.
• Existing relationships with integrators in the West Coast territory.
• A consultative, relationship-driven sales approach and comfort with multi-quarter partner development cycles.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and standard business software.
• Discipline in CRM practices, attribution rigor, and maintaining clean pipeline hygiene.
• Exposure to commercial verticals, including smaller office, retail, mixed-use, or boutique hospitality projects.
• Ability to engage effectively at all levels within a partner organization, from owners to installation technicians to CFOs.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and operate against quarterly milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time within the territory.
