This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Recruit and onboard PVTC Select channel partners while fostering enduring relationships.
• Generate regional insights based on data and maintain a robust lead pipeline.
• Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and present the value propositions of Pearson testing centers.
• Negotiate contracts covering payment terms, equipment, facility enhancements, and staffing arrangements.
• Finalize contracts and secure partner signatures.
• Ensure the designated channel footprint aligns with client expectations, emphasizing on-site retention and targeted requirements.
• Drive testing volumes profitably while increasing regional revenue and product sales.
• Provide sales and recruitment assistance to PVTC Select channel partners.
• Develop and oversee channel partners to optimize satisfaction, opportunities, and profitable volume objectives.
• Collaborate with market managers on revenue-generating initiatives for IT and Professional clients.
• Offer feedback on procedures, sales tools, and channel systems.
• Document calls, emails, and communications in Salesforce while generating reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Pearson's culturally and professionally diverse offices.
• Promote and uphold a safe and healthy work environment while supporting Health and Safety, Security, Quality, and Business Continuity policies.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years in customer relationship management is required.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• AI literacy and a proven track record of basic skills, along with a willingness to learn.
• Over 3 years of sales or recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience with quotas is preferred.
• Additional language skills are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, influencing, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to work effectively with teams globally.
• Cultural awareness is essential.
• High level of business acumen is required.
• Ability to generate reports and provide data-driven insights using IntelliVUE or similar systems.
• Skills in relationship building and maintenance.
• Proactive and self-motivated individual.
• Strong team player with networking abilities.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.
