This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee initial operational triage for Amazon and Walmart, which includes VTR, MCF corrections, mixed orders, FBA quarantine, expiry and removal orders, disbursement issues, and NetSuite discrepancies.
• Manage the health of inventory and inbound shipments to ensure 100% FBA in-stock status while identifying risks of stock-outs and overstock.
• Carry out listing and catalog tasks, such as setting up new SKUs and pack sizes, updating variations and content, and providing pack-out recommendations.
• Manage access and permissions across Seller Central for US, UK, DE, AU, and the Ads Console.
• Assist with KYC, identity documentation, EU verification, sourcing GMP certificates, updating supplement facts, and handling food-business documentation.
• Perform regular data pulls and exports, including Tiger Tracks, AU orders, and agency reporting handoffs.
• Support AE markets, affiliate and partner operations, account connections, and creator sampling programs across MCF and Levanta.
• Conduct channel testing, including documentation of tests, A/B testing for images, videos, A+ content, and SEO, along with tracking results.
• Keep records of open issues, cases, and appeals, escalating as necessary.
• Contribute to weekly channel reporting and identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, DIT, Member Experience, Affiliates, and an external Amazon agency partner.
• 1–3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or retail operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is highly preferred.
• Experience with Walmart Seller Center and international marketplaces in UK/DE/AU is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and disciplined data hygiene.
• Capability to reconcile reports across various systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and thorough follow-through.
• Comfort with repetitive, high-volume operational tasks and dealing with ambiguity.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Strong judgment in prioritization and escalation.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems, such as NetSuite or similar, is a plus.
• Exposure to fulfillment and supply chain processes is advantageous.
• A keen interest in marketplace growth, pricing, advertising, SEO, and testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or a related field.
