This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist marketing leads with various tasks, including PR, advertising, marketing resources, newsletters, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate regional exhibitions, which encompass advertising, social media support, logistics, travel arrangements, and ROI assessment.
• Oversee budgets and procure local goods and services in accordance with the approval matrix.
• Create local marketing materials like brochures and flyers.
• Choose and order promotional giveaways that align with brand standards.
• Maintain inventory records of marketing materials.
• Plan and execute meetings and events for the sales team, distributors, and resellers.
• Finalize quarterly marketing strategies with distributors and account managers.
• Reach out to resellers and distributors to track progress on marketing plans.
• Support the quarterly marketing fund process.
• Generate and manage Bynder links to assist customers in accessing Bose Professional resources.
• Share insights on effective marketing initiatives with clients.
• Coordinate communications regarding pricing adjustments, organizational changes, and promotional efforts.
• Relay information about classroom, online, and webinar training sessions to the training team and local engineers.
• Manage attendance lists and dispatch confirmations.
• Undertake additional responsibilities that align with company goals.
• Experience in channel marketing with distributors, ideally within the professional AV sector.
• Strong business acumen related to India, Southeast Asia, and ANZ is preferred.
• Familiarity with editing and graphics-related software/tools.
• Proactive and driven individual who establishes high yet attainable objectives.
• Innovative thinking for developing creative ideas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with effective listening and questioning techniques.
• Ability to cultivate robust relationships with teams and media.
• Reliable team player capable of working autonomously.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Dynamics.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp and Constant Contact.
• Strong background in social media and online communication channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
