This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Propel profitable sales growth by managing, developing, and optimizing relationships with assigned distributors, resellers, and manufacturer representative partners in the automotive sector.
• Establish strategic partnerships and implement collaborative business plans.
• Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and support to boost revenue, enhance market share, and ensure long-term business value.
• Align channel partners with organizational goals, programs, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure consistent execution and performance throughout the West Coast territory.
• Develop and expand channel processes while launching innovative partner programs.
• Identify new growth opportunities within the automotive market.
• Build and expand AMMEX glove sales within the Industrial sales channel.
• Implement systematic and scalable sales processes to foster channel growth.
• Maximize the value of existing customers and programs while establishing additional distribution channels.
• Formulate market insights and a long-term growth strategy in collaboration with leadership.
• Work cross-functionally to improve the customer experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, channel management, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of increasing responsibilities and revenue growth.
• Successful experience in managing and expanding distributor, reseller, and/or manufacturer representative partner networks.
• Experience in executing partner growth strategies that drive revenue, market share, and profitable expansion.
• Ability to cultivate relationships and influence executives, business owners, directors, and C-suite leaders.
• Strong commercial insight and data-driven analysis of sales performance.
• Competence in negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements, business terms, and partner programs.
• Experience in launching, scaling, and optimizing sales or channel programs across various markets, regions, or customer segments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain teams.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Previous experience in the Industrial industry, particularly in distribution, aftermarket, industrial, safety, MRO, or similar channels is preferred.
• High proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required; expected regional travel of 30% or more.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and office equipment.
• Capability to stand, reach, bend, twist, squat, move freely, and potentially lift up to 25 lbs.
