This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and expand AMMEX glove sales within the Automotive sales channel.
• Establish systematic, scalable sales processes to foster significant channel growth.
• Enhance the value of current customers and programs while exploring new distribution avenues.
• Foster a comprehensive understanding of the market and its dynamics among all team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to formulate and implement a long-term growth strategy.
• Work across teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Oversee, nurture, and optimize partnerships with distributors, resellers, and manufacturer representatives in the automotive sector.
• Build strategic partnerships and implement collaborative business plans.
• Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and support to enhance revenue and market share.
• Align channel partners on objectives, programs, and strategic initiatives throughout the West Coast territory.
• Create and scale channel processes, initiate partner programs, and uncover automotive growth opportunities.
• Minimum of 5 years in progressive sales, channel management, business development, or account management roles.
• Proven track record of increasing responsibilities and driving revenue growth.
• Successful experience in managing and expanding networks of distributors, resellers, and/or manufacturer representatives.
• Expertise in executing partner growth strategies that enhance revenue, market share, and profitable business expansion.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence executives, business owners, directors, and C-suite leaders.
• Solid commercial acumen with experience in analyzing sales performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Proficient in negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements, business terms, and partner programs.
• Experience in launching, scaling, and optimizing sales or channel programs across diverse markets, regions, or customer segments.
• Capability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain teams.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Background in the Automotive industry; experience in distribution, aftermarket, industrial, safety, MRO, or related channels is preferred.
• Highly skilled in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel by airplane to domestic and international locations as required.
• 30%+ regional travel is anticipated.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while using a computer.
• Capability to stand, reach, bend, twist, squat, and move freely in an office or remote working environment.
• May need to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Proficient in using office equipment such as phones, copiers, printers, and video cameras.
